“When i start a painting, I choose a colour and I lose myself in it. Completely spontaneous, I try not to confine myself to a certain technique or structure, and the work begins to grow. Slowly but surely, textures, details and shapes begin to form.
My intention as an artist is to tell a story through my work. I envisage the viewer pausing, observing all the small pieces that conclude the story.
In moving forward, I aim to experiment with new ideas and techniques while still following some of my earlier practices. Expressing myself through a playful, abstract style which explores colour, texture, shapes and different detailing.”
